The 14th Amendment was ratified to the USA Constitution for blacks after the Civil War to be guaranteed citizenship. It would make no sense being about anyone born here is naturalized. Even drug cartels raping women trying to come here for a better life? No abortion for them because they are future Democrat voters? These were not issues when the 14th Amendment was ratified. Black slaves being guaranteed citizenship was an issue after the Civil War!
