No, Biden didn't start International Trans Visibility Day and purposely put it on Easter this year! Easter falls on different days every year. Because Easter or Resurrection Sunday falls on the first Sunday after the full Moon that occurs on or after the spring equinox. Next year Easter will fall on April 20th.
Transgender Day of Visibility always falls on March 31st. Yes Biden honored it this year, but he didn't create it. It started in 2009 on March 31st. No Obama didn't start it either. Some woman named Rachel Crandall-Crocker started it!

I need prayer and help I just woke up in the hospital unconscious since the 9th I was badly beaten by some thugs and robbed from. After everything I have been through the last 4 years there's this now too. I am very weak and tired. If you don't have anything nice to say don't say anything at all.
