There are rich people who are not happy or content and have addictions. And there are poor people who are happy. The difference is finding real happiness, fulfillment and contentment in what appear to be the simple stuff. Some people are always striving for more: more money, more fame, more accomplishments. They never pause and reflect and are thankful for things like a roof over their head, food, bills paid, family, love, having God in your heart, etc. Some people will never be happy and since they are miserable they try making others around them miserable. They want you to suffer with them. If you are always waiting for more and wanting more to be happy, even if you get there you still won't be happy, you will still need and want more. It's a form of am addiction.
I need prayer and help I just woke up in the hospital unconscious since the 9th I was badly beaten by some thugs and robbed from. After everything I have been through the last 4 years there's this now too. I am very weak and tired. If you don't have anything nice to say don't say anything at all. I won't be reading social media comments. I have a hard time admitting what I've been through because how judgmental and nasty people can be on social media but I had to now. I have no friend or family support. I have nobody but God and I've been through enough! Are there caring compassionate people out there anymore? Please pray and make good viral. My story is on there. I'm too tired to post more!

Rebellion against God isn’t bold and “proud” (Isaiah 14:12–15)—it’s destructive. “For rebellion is as the sin of witchcraft…” (1 Samuel 15:23). The Left constantly rebels against God’s truth—mocking His Word, rejecting His laws, and even booing God at one of their DNC conventions just a few years ago. Romans 1 warns us of “vile affections” (v.26), “men with men” (v.27), and minds “given over to a reprobate mind” (v.28). This is the result of a heart that refuses to submit. Rebellion invites deception. The spirit of witchcraft blinds many—only repentance and truth can set us free.
