The reason they lied and called January 6th "an Insurrection" is because now the Colorado Supreme Court is using the 14th Amendment to justify removing Trump from the ballot.
The 14th Amendment's Section 3 says that an insurrection can prevent a person from public office (senator, Congressman, president, etc). It also says two thirds of each House/Senate can remove such disability.
Since it's an Amendment to the Federal Constitution the Supreme Court can and will rule on this. It's not a Colorado state Constitution issue.
Maybe this crap will backfire and expose to more asleep Americans what really happened on January 6th.
Think idiots. People wouldn't urinate in public and get arrested if businesses stopped locking their restrooms to paying customers only. Cities need to start providing more public restrooms then. Maybe start putting ugly port o johns on the streets then. I won't even give business to a business that locks bathrooms to paying customers only. I wish others would do the same. Its nasty. Those businesses deserve bums coming in and urinating on their walls and I wish they would! Its got to stop!
