The devil/Lucifer and a 1/3 of the angels fell before the creation of man. And boy did they despise and hate the creation of man. Man was made in the image of God so they saw and got reminded of God. But they know they are spirits so they can't accomplish their plans in this realm without flesh and men so this is why they usually go right to the top to the leaders and politicians. Governments have a long history of worshipping and serving Satan. They are trying to make it less obvious today by using secret societies but the truth and exposure is happening now.
