As vice president Joe Biden held up foreign aide to Ukraine to get Hunter Biden the job on Burisma. So someone in that deal probably high up in Ukraine like an oligarch for some reason didn't want us to send aide to Ukrainians. Now that Biden is the fake fraudulent president he sends them aide because some is coming back to him. Thats how favors and influence works. Who cares who it hurts. That's their attitude.
